Mid-Valley Residence
|
| This house was designed and built by Brad in the early '90s in the Mid-Valley. Using a core structural frame of locally harvested heavy timber, this house was designed for energy efficiency using many new construction materials while still respecting and referencing local traditional designs. The use of insulated concrete forms, structural insulated panels, energy efficient boiler, and an integrated air exchanger make this traditional and comfortable home a model of current green design. |
